Children's Handprint Leaves You can make all sorts of projects with leaves, and you can even make leaves out of your children's handprints! Just use Fall colors of construction paper - red, orange, yellow, green, brown - and have your child place his/her hands on the paper. Draw an outline around their hands and then help him/her cut the leaf shapes out. Cut the bottom of the handprint down into a point, like a leaf! You can use the leaves to decorate a poster or banner for the season, or even picture frames! They also make great tail-feathers for a turkey picture, Thanksgiving will be here before we know it. Use your imagination and have some FUN! Place them around the edge of a basket or table, or even the front door!
