Ghost Cookies

1 pkg. Nutter Butter cookies

1 bag white candy melts (used to make candy)

1 pkg. mini chocolate chips

Melt the white candy melts according to the directions on the package.  Dip the Nutter Butter cookies in the melted candy coating.  Place on waxed paper and place two mini chocolate chips on the cookies for eyes, and.....VOILA!!!  Ghost Cookies!!
